Combat Performance and Fitness also offers one-on-one training and diet coaching, helping propel customers closer to their fitness goals, including preparation for competitions. One-on-one sessions can involve strength training, Jiu-Jitsu or anything else that mixes up the routine to keep bodies guessing. "Our most popular classes on the fitness side would be crosstraining and MMA fitness, both classes are designed to train you the way a professional fighter would train," Davidsmeier says. "On the fight side, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai are definitely the most popular. For individuals who have specific needs, time constraints or are training for a competition, one-on-one training is the best option."

The gym also offers workshops on self-defense, mixed martial arts, health and nutrition. These workshops are designed to give customers another way to look at their physique and nutrition. Davidsmeier says the nutrition workshops even teach students meal prep, a common method of keeping portions under control and meals healthy every day of the week. Combat Performance and Fitness' mission is to give clients total body fitness and these workshops are one more way they are obtaining that.

The studio has classes in the morning for those who prefer to exercise before work, lunchtime classes and nighttime classes, hoping there's a time that works for every type of client.
