Miami Private Charters Take Guests Through Quiet Waters of Biscayne Bay

By Kelly Church

Popularly rated as one of the best sailboat charters in Miami, FL, SailingonBiscayneBay.com takes guests on private charters with five-star service through gentle waves and shallow waters. The small, family-owned company is owned and operated by Captain Luis Nino and his wife Mabel Nino, his first mate.

The Ninos charter the boats that have no smell of fuel and no engine noise, allowing boaters to enjoy the view without distraction.

"Visiting Miami without seeing the city from the water and enjoying what Biscayne Bay has to offer is like going to a wonderful place and seeing only half of it; many of our guests say that sailing on Biscayne Bay has been the highlight of their trip to Miami," the duo says.

"We as a charter company, try our hardest to make this experience unforgettable for our guests, so that they enjoy every minute that they spend in our boat; they are treated like family and also with great respect and attention to even the smallest of details."

Trips through Sailing on Biscayne Bay start at two hours and increase from there- three hours, four hours, six hours or a full-day charter. On each boat, up to six guests can attend and a mini photo session is included. All charters come with refreshments, but the four-hour and up charters also have the option for catering on board.

Catering can include light snacks from fresh fruit, cheese and crackers to heartier meals including Thai chicken with peppers and basil, rib eye steak, hamburgers and more. There are various stops on the trip, depending on which sailing option guests choose, and on the six-hour and full-day sails snorkeling and kayak gear is provided.

"After spending some great [time] sailing, we stop at a nice and calm harbor at the end of Key Biscayne, where guests can go swimming and enjoy a great and relaxing time in the water as well as the sailboat," the Nino couple says.

Guests can find out pricing and reserve their sailing trip by calling Sailing on Biscayne Bay. It is recommended that reservations are made early because charters are popular and there are sometimes discounts for early reservations.
