In this day and age where clean, fun workout spots are sometimes hard to come by, Sarasota's Definition FIT sets a new standard for fitness facilities. Definition FIT's newly expanded space provides new equipment, new trainers, new classes, and new memberships for gym goers in Sarasota. Definition FIT's team is composed of high-energy, motivated, and motivating instructors absolutely committed to the workout of each individual.
Offering cutting edge group classes and professional private training, Definition FIT closely monitors the progress of all class participants. Classes are restricted to less than 20 participants, ensuring every client receives intimate and individual care.
"Our personal training sessions vary greatly based on each client's needs," Definition FIT owner and personal trainer Daemian Mains said. "We pay close attention to our clients' needs and desires. Sometimes our sessions start with a cardio warm up, while others begin with a Muscle Activation Technique assessment to determine whether muscles are firing correctly."
Whatever the need, no matter what the class, Definition FIT's dedicated trainers remain focused in discovering each client's definition of fitness to keep everyone accountable and feeling good about both their own level of fitness and their fitness goals.
"Our most popular class right now is Dave Weiner's Strength, Stamina and Stability," Mains said. "This class, occurring every Monday & Wednesday at 5:30 pm and Sunday at 9 am, combines dynamic movement, weight training, isometrics, and lots of core work."
Another undisputed crowd favorite is the kickboxing/circuit class, seamlessly combining fun kickboxing moves with hardcore strength and cardio drills.
Even kiddos get their workout at Definition FIT. Adults aren't the only ones who need to consistently exercise. Definition FIT's workout group for kids called Next Generation (Kids 'N Motion) meets every Wednesday at 4:30 pm and Saturday at 9:30 am. Here, kids have the rewarding opportunity to learn nutrition, strength training, isometrics, yoga, and so much more.
When it comes to fitness, consistency is key, but many of us feel we can't handle that kind of regular exercise. At Definition FIT, it's okay to fall off track: the important part is getting back on it as soon as you can. Our bodies feel all the better for it.
